How to search and filter items

Quibly makes it easy to find exactly what you're looking for, whether you're browsing for inspiration or searching for something specific. Here's how to get the most out of search and filters.

Fresh Finds on your homepage

When you log in, the Buy page shows the most recently listed items. It's a great way to spot new arrivals, especially if you're looking for something that doesn't come up often.

Browsing by product type

At the top of the page, you'll see three tabs to quickly narrow down what you're looking at:

  • Brands: new items sold directly by verified brands and official retailers
  • Marketplace: items listed by private sellers and businesses, new or pre-loved condition
  • Charity: items listed by registered UK charities (coming soon)

Browsing by category

You'll also see a range of product categories to choose from, and the option to filter listings by free delivery.

Filtering and sorting

Once you select a category, a set of sub-categories and relevant filters will appear to help you narrow things down further. These vary by category, but common ones include size, price, condition and brand.

Use the sorting options at the top right to re-order results by Newest, Price: Low to High, or Price: High to Low.

If you want to search items from a specific seller, visit the Shops page from the main menu.

If you want to search items available for collection near you, visit the Collection map page.

Personalised recommendations

As you use Quibly, your feed will start to show items recommended just for you, based on what you’ve browsed, liked and bought. The more you use the platform, the better your recommendations get, so it’s easy to discover things you might have missed.

The bottom line

Visit the Buy page to see new arrivals. Browse by category to find what you’re looking for and use the filters that appear to narrow things down further by sub-category, type, size, price, brand, condition and more.
