You can customise your shop to make it stand out and give buyers a sense of who you are. Here's how to update your shop name, bio, images, and more.

How to edit your shop
Go to your shop page and click the 'Edit Shop' button. This opens the Edit Shop screen where you can update all your shop details.
Shop details
Shop name
This is the display name that appears at the top of your shop. Choose something memorable that represents you or what you sell. You can only change your shop name once per week.
Shop URL
This is generated automatically when you set up your shop name. It can be changed, however we recommend keeping it consistent with your shop name so buyers can find you easily. You can only change your shop URL once per week.
Bio
A short description about yourself, what you sell or why buyers should check out your shop.
Banner & Icon
Shop icon
This is the small circular image that represents your shop. Use a logo, photo or graphic that's recognizable. The recommended size is 256×256px, up to 5MB, JPG or PNG.
Banner
The banner is the large image at the top of your shop page. This is a great place to showcase your style or add visual interest to your shop. For best results, use an image 1600x400px, up to 5MB.
Title colour
Choose a color for your shop name.
Shop Directory Card
Your shop directory card controls how your store appears on the Shops page. The recommended size is 1200x1200px, up to 5MB.
Preview and save
As you make changes, check the Preview section at the bottom of the page to see how your shop will look. Once you're happy, click 'Save Changes'.
Image tips
- Use clear, high-quality images that represent your brand or style
- Make sure your shop icon looks good at small sizes
- Test your shop on both mobile and desktop to see how it looks
Common questions
Why can I only change my shop name and URL once per week?
This prevents confusion for buyers who may have followed or bookmarked your shop. It also stops people from frequently changing their identity to avoid accountability.
What size should my banner and icon be?
Quibly automatically resizes images to fit, but using high-resolution images (1200px wide, max 5MB) will ensure they look sharp on all devices.
Can I remove my banner or icon once I've added one?
Yes, you can replace them with new images or remove them entirely by uploading a blank/placeholder image.
Will my changes appear immediately?
Yes, once you click 'Save Changes', your updated shop details will be live immediately.
