Every Quibly user has a shop page that displays their ratings. These are generated from completed transactions and are publicly visible, helping buyers make informed decisions and giving sellers a way to build a trusted reputation over time.
Where your ratings appear
Your ratings are displayed on your shop page, which anyone on Quibly can view. At the top of the page you’ll see:
- Your overall star rating and total number of reviews
- Two tabs, 'as seller' and ‘as buyer’, so visitors can see your performance in each role separately
- The individual reviews showing the sold product's details, the reviewer’s name, star rating and any comment, sorted newest first by default
Viewing reviews on your Order details page
The Order details page in your Dashboard gives you a private view of the full review exchange for each transaction you've made:
- Your review: the rating and comments you submitted
- The other party’s review of you: their star rating and any comments they left
- A reply field: if the other party has reviewed you, you can respond directly using the ‘Reply to review’ field
If you have a dispute about a rating
If you believe a rating was genuinely unfair or violates our community standards, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
The bottom line
Ratings from completed transactions are publicly visible on your shop page, split into ‘as seller’ and ‘as buyer’ tabs. You can see the full review exchange for each order on your Order details page, including the other party’s review of you and an option to reply. If you think a rating is unfair, contact our support team.
