Your shop is your public page on Quibly. It's where all your listings live and buyers can browse what you're selling, favourite your items, read your reviews and follow you for updates.
How you get a shop
Your shop is set up when you list your first item. At that point you'll be asked to choose a shop name, which becomes your unique Quibly URL: https://www.quibly.co.uk/shop/yourshopname. The shop name is optional, and if you leave it blank we'll give you a handle you can change later. You can add a banner and a shop icon at the same time, or later from Edit Shop.
You can share this link on social media, messages, or your own website, to send people directly to your shop.
What buyers see on your shop page
- Shop icon and banner if you've added them
- Shop name
- Follow button
- Ratings and reviews split into 'as a seller' and 'as a buyer', or a 'New seller' badge if you have no sales yet
- Followers and seller type (private or business seller)
- Bio about yourself or your shop, if you've added it
- All active listings with categories highlighted and sorting options
- Report and share buttons
If you have Holiday mode switched on, buyers will see a holiday notice telling them you're away and inviting them to follow you so they hear when you're back. Your listings stay visible on your shop page the whole time
Finding and following a shop
You can reach any shop directly via its URL, or by tapping a seller’s name on any of their listings.
Alternatively, visit the Shops page from the main menu. It’s a dedicated space to browse all sellers on Quibly. It has three tabs: Brands, Marketplace and Charity. There is also a search bar so you can find sellers by name, and you can follow any shop directly from there.
Following a shop will add it to your ‘Following’ tab in your Favourites page, where you’ll see their new listings in your feed as they’re added.
Customising your shop
To update your shop details, see Editing your shop details.
Enterprise users have access to additional customisation options. See Customising your Enterprise store for details.
Reporting a shop
If you come across a user that violates our policies or makes you uncomfortable, you can report them by using the flag button in their shop banner. See How to report a user or listing for more information.
Ratings and reviews
After a completed transaction, buyers and sellers can leave a rating and review. These appear on your shop page and help build trust with future buyers. See Viewing your shop ratings for more information.
The bottom line
Your shop is your public presence on Quibly. It's set up when you list your first item and has its own URL. Keep it accurate and up to date and it becomes a destination buyers can find, browse, follow, and trust.
