Every Quibly account comes with its own shop. A shop is a public page where all your listings live and buyers can browse what you're selling, read reviews and follow you for updates.
How you get a shop
Your shop is created automatically when you sign up. During your profile step, you'll be asked to choose a shop name, which becomes your unique Quibly URL: https://www.quibly.co.uk/shop/yourshopname
You can share this link anywhere - on social media, messages, or your own website - to send people directly to your shop.
What buyers see on your shop page
- Profile icon and cover image if you've added them
- Shop name
- Follow button
- Ratings and reviews split into 'as a seller' and 'as a buyer', or a 'New seller' badge if you have no sales yet
- Followers and seller type (private or business seller)
- Bio about yourself or your shop, if you've added it
- All active listings with categories highlighted and sorting options
- Report and share buttons
Finding and following a shop
You can reach any shop directly via its URL, or by tapping a seller’s name on any of their listings.
Alternatively, visit the Shops page from the main menu. It’s a dedicated space to browse all sellers on Quibly. It showcases Enterprise sellers at the top, followed by a section for Pro Stores, and a search bar so you can find sellers by name. You can follow any shop directly from there.
Following a shop will add it to your ‘Following’ tab in your Favourites page, where you’ll see their new listings in your feed as they’re added.
Customising your shop
To update your shop details, see the Updating shop details article.
Enterprise users have access to additional customisation options. See Customising your Enterprise shop for details.
Reporting a shop
If you come across a user that violates our policies or makes you uncomfortable, you can report them by using the flag button in their shop cover image. See How to report a user or listing for more information.
Ratings and reviews
After a completed transaction, buyers and sellers can leave a rating and review. These appear on your shop page and help build trust with future buyers. See Viewing your shop ratings for more information.
The bottom line
Your shop is your public presence on Quibly. It's created automatically when you sign up and has its own URL. Keep it accurate and up to date and it becomes a destination buyers can find, browse, follow, and trust.
