Using the Pro & Enterprise shop analytics dashboard

Pro and Enterprise users get access to an advanced analytics dashboard with detailed insights into shop performance, sales trends and buyer behavior. Here's how to use it.

Accessing the dashboard

Your analytics dashboard is only available on Pro and Enterprise accounts. Access it by taping on Performance in the main menu.

Time period controls: Use the filters at the top (7D, 30D, 3M) to view different time periods, or select a custom date range. All metrics update to reflect your chosen period and compare to the same length of time immediately before (e.g., 7D compares to the previous 7 days).

The top row shows your core performance metrics with percentage changes compared to the previous period:

  • Total Revenue: all sales in the selected period
  • Total Orders: number of completed purchases
  • Avg. Order Value: average sale amount per order
  • Conversion Rate: percentage of visitors who purchased
  • Total Visitors: unique users who viewed your listings

Buyer behavior

This section shows insights into customer loyalty and purchasing patterns:

  • Repeat Buyer Rate: percentage of customers who've bought from you more than once (based on lifetime orders)
  • Avg. Items Per Order: average number of items purchased per transaction (based on lifetime sales)

Revenue trend

A visual chart showing your daily revenue over the selected period. Use the chart/graph toggle to switch between bar and line views.

Conversion funnel

Track how visitors move through your shop from browsing to purchase:

  • Product Views: total views across all your listings
  • Adds to Cart: how many times your items were added to carts
  • Purchases: completed orders
  • Key Conversion Rates: shows what percentage of viewers added to cart, and what percentage of carts led to purchases

This helps you identify where potential buyers drop off and where to focus improvements.

Top performing products

A table showing which products generated the most revenue in the selected period.

Note: GA stands for Google Analytics, DB stands for database. This combines tracking data with actual sales data.

Customising your view

Use the Edit Layout button in the top right to rearrange dashboard sections to suit your needs.

The bottom line

The Pro and Enterprise analytics dashboard gives you detailed insights into sales performance, buyer behavior and conversion rates. Use the time filters to track trends, identify your top products, and see where buyers drop off in the purchasing journey.
