Quibly Help Centre

Your payout dashboard

Everything about your earnings lives in two places. In the app, the Payouts screen shows what you have coming, where it has got to and what has already been paid. Your Stripe dashboard, which you can open in the app and on the web, holds your balance, payout history, payout schedule and bank details. Find both in Settings > Payouts.

The Payouts screen

Your earnings go through three stages, and the three cards at the top of the Payouts screen show you where you are:

  • On hold with us: Quibly is holding your earnings while the buyer's return window runs. That is 48 hours from delivery for private sellers and 14 days for business sellers
  • Available in Stripe: the return window has closed and your earnings have been released to Stripe
  • Next payout: how often Stripe pays out to your bank, which is daily

Stripe pays out every day, and it can take up to 7 days after funds clear for the money to land in your bank account.

Two more lines appear here when they apply: how much is coming once buyers receive their items, and how much of any return label fees will be deducted from your upcoming transfers.

Upcoming

A list of sales you have money coming from, showing the item, the amount you'll receive, when it is due and a status.

Recent payouts

Payouts that have already been sent, showing the amount, the date it arrived in your bank account and a Paid label.

Your Stripe dashboard

Tap Manage payouts to open your Stripe dashboard in a secure in-app browser. That is where your balance, full payout history, payout schedule and bank details live.

Note: Stripe uses its own names for things, so the sections below won't match the Payouts screen word for word.

Your Stripe dashboard has the following sections:

Home

Your dashboard overview showing:

  • Recent earnings: A chart of your sales over time, with filters to view different time periods
  • Total balance: Shows available funds and your next payout date
  • Activity: Recent account notifications
  • Recent transactions: Your latest payments and payouts

 Balance

A full transaction list with options to filter by date, transaction type, or when funds become available, and the ability to export your transaction history.

Transaction statuses:

  • Succeeded: A payment from a buyer has been received
  • Paid: A payout has been sent to your bank account
  • Pending: The transaction is being processed

Tasks

Action items you need to complete, such as providing additional identity verification or uploading requested documentation. Relevant recent activity will also appear in this page.

 Settings

The Settings link at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar lets you view and update your Stripe account details, including your business information, personal details, and bank account. You can also manage your sign-in preferences and language settings under the Profile settings tab.

Note: The Support link below Settings connects to Stripe's support team, not the Quibly support team.

The Total balance breakdown

In the Total balance section found in the Home and Balance sections, you can click 'See details' to see a full breakdown of your balance.

  • On the way to your bank: Money already sent as a payout, currently in transit to your bank account
  • Upcoming payout (estimated): Funds that will be included in your next scheduled payout
  • Available in your balance: Money that has settled but hasn't been assigned to a payout yet
  • Total balance: The sum of all three amounts above

This is Stripe's view of money it already holds. Anything Quibly is still holding for a return window won't appear here yet.

The bottom line

The Payouts screen in the app shows what Quibly is still holding, what has been released to Stripe, when your next payout is due, the sales you have coming and the payouts you have already had. Your Stripe dashboard, available in both app and web, is where your balance, full history, schedule and bank details live.
