Batch listing lets you photograph and list up to 5 items in a single session. Quibly generates a title, description and suggested price for each item automatically as you go, making it one of the fastest ways to list your items and get them in front of buyers.
How it works
Batch listing starts from the same Sell flow as a single listing. Open the camera and start photographing your items. For every 2 photos you take, Quibly generates one listing in the background, and you'll see a counter on screen updating as each item is captured.
You can capture up to 5 items (10 photos) in one session. Once you're done shooting, tap Review to move to the review step.
Reviewing and editing each listing
The review screen shows all your generated listings. You can check each one and edit:
- Photos: you can add more images and re-order them, up to 10 per listing on Pro, Power and Enterprise or 5 on Free
- Product name and description
- Suggested price: edit to whatever you want to charge
- Accept offers: toggle on if you want buyers to be able to negotiate the price, then set your auto-accept price and minimum offer
- Category: select/confirm the category your item belongs in
- Condition: select/confirm the condition that best describes the item, this will affect the suggested price
- Delivery or collection options: set individually per item and each item can offer delivery, collection, or both
Each card also shows that listing's estimated payout. Tap 'Fee breakdown' to see the item value, shipping and seller platform fee behind it, so you can check what you will take home before you publish.
To add another item before publishing, tap ‘Add more’ at the bottom of the screen (available while you're under 5 items). To remove an item from the batch, simply tap ‘Remove’.
If an item is flagged
Quibly's automated checks run as your listings are generated. If something is flagged as potentially violating our policies, you'll see a notification and that item will not be published. You can try re-photographing it, or remove it from the batch and continue with the rest.

Publishing your listings
When you're happy with all your listings, tap ‘List [X] Items’. All items go live at the same time.
Not ready to publish? You can save listings as drafts and come back to them later. See Saving a listing as a draft.
If this is your first listing, we ask for a few details before you can list, and you will need to connect Stripe before your items go live.
After publishing
Once your items are live you'll see a confirmation screen showing the live listings, along with your combined estimated payout if all items sell, shown again for the batch as a whole. Tap ‘Fee breakdown’ to see a full summary of the combined item value, shipping and seller fee across all listings.
From here you can tap 'List more items' to start a new batch, or head to your Profile to manage your listings.
Availability
Batch listing is available on all plans. Enterprise users can list significantly larger volumes through inventory integration tools.
