If you see a listing or user that violates our policies or makes you uncomfortable, you can report it directly on Quibly. Here's how.
What you can report
You can report:
- Listings that violate our policies (prohibited items, scams, misleading descriptions)
- Users who are harassing, threatening or acting suspiciously
- Suspected fraud or fake accounts
- Inappropriate content or usernames
- Reviews you believe are unfair or violate our rules
- Counterfeit items, or listings that infringe someone's intellectual property
- Anything that doesn't feel right
How to report
Report a listing:
- Open the product page
- On the web, tap the flag icon next to the shop name. In the app, scroll to the bottom, tap 'Report listing or block seller' and choose Report listing
- Select a reason
- Add details (optional)
- Tap Submit
Report a user:
- Go to their shop page
- Tap the flag icon
- Select a reason
- Add details (optional)
- Tap Submit
Report a review:
- Open the order from Purchases or Sales in your Profile
- Find the review on the Product tab
- Tap Report this review
- Select a reason
- Add details (optional)
- Tap Submit
In the app there are two more ways to report a user:
- From a listing, 'Report listing or block seller' also offers Report seller
- If you have messaged each other, open the chat from your Inbox or from an order, tap the three dots the top, and choose Report seller, or Report buyer if you sold the item
Block a user:
In the app you can also block someone. Blocking stops them contacting you, and neither of you will see the other on Quibly.
- From a listing, tap 'Report listing or block seller' and choose Block
- From a conversation, tap the three dots and choose Block
To see everyone you've blocked, or to unblock someone, go to Settings and open Blocked users under Privacy and Safety.
Alternatively, you can use our contact form or email us at support@quibly.com with as much detail and evidence as possible. In the app, open the menu and tap Chat with us under Help Center.
Reporting as a brand or rights holder
If you're a rights holder, or acting for one, and you believe a listing infringes your intellectual property, there is extra information we need before we can act. See Reporting counterfeit or intellectual property infringement for the full detail.
What to include
The more information you provide, the faster we can investigate:
- The listing URL or username you're reporting
- What the issue is and why you're concerned
- Any screenshots, messages, or other evidence
- When the issue occurred (if relevant)
What happens next
Once you submit a report:
- Our team will review everything
- We may contact you if we need additional information
- We'll aim to reach a decision within 5-7 working days
- Depending on the issue, the affected user may or may not be notified
If we find a violation, we'll take appropriate action which could include removing the listing, warning the user, or suspending their account.
Please only report things you genuinely believe break our rules. Submitting false or misleading reports may result in action against your own account.
The bottom line
Report anything that violates our policies or feels wrong. Report a listing from the product page, a user from their shop page, and a review from the order page. In the app you can also block someone, which stops them contacting you and hides you from each other. We'll investigate within 5 to 7 working days.
