Rating a transaction

After a successful delivery or collection, you can rate your experience with the transaction. Both buyers and sellers can leave ratings and this helps build trust across the marketplace.

When you can leave a rating

The rating section appears on the Product tab of your order after:

  • Successful delivery confirmation
  • Successful collection

Ratings are paused while a return is in progress. You can leave a rating once the return is complete.

How to leave a rating

  1. Open the order from Purchases (if you bought the item) or Sales (if you sold it) in your Profile
  2. On the Product tab, find the review section
  3. Select 1-5 stars
  4. Add optional comments about your experience
  5. Add optional photos
  6. Tap Submit review

What to include in your rating

Help by sharing honest feedback about:

  • Your experience with the buyer or seller
  • Product quality and accuracy (for buyers)
  • Communication and responsiveness
  • Overall transaction smoothness

Rating visibility

Ratings are visible on each user’s Shop page. Reviews are split into two tabs, ‘as seller’ and ‘as buyer’, so anyone visiting a shop can see how that user has performed in each role. The overall star rating and number of reviews are displayed at the top of the shop profile.

Viewing reviews on your Order page

The Product tab of your order shows both sides of the review exchange:

  • Your review: the rating and comments you submitted
  • The other party’s review: their star rating and any comments they left about you, with an option to respond

Reporting a review

You can also report a review if you believe it's unfair or violates our rules. Tap Report on the review, select a reason and submit. See How to report a user or listing for more detail.

The bottom line

After delivery or collection, rate your experience from the Product tab on your order using the star system and optional comments. Both buyers and sellers can leave ratings to help build trust in the marketplace. Ratings are publicly visible on Shop pages, split into ‘as seller’ and ‘as buyer’ tabs. You can also see the other party’s review of you on the Product tab.
