Quibly has two separate settings for notifications - one for push alerts and one for email. Both are found in Settings, accessed from the menu icon in the top right.
Push notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications to find notification settings. There's a single toggle to enable or disable push notifications on your device.
When push notifications are on, you'll receive alerts for orders, messages, offers and other platform activity directly to your device.
Email notifications
Go to Settings > Email Preferences to control your email settings. There's one toggle for Marketing Emails, which covers updates about new features, promotions and product recommendations.
You can turn marketing emails off at any time. However, transactional emails are always sent regardless of this setting - these include order information, shipping updates, payment receipts, and security alerts.
Emails you'll always receive
The following emails can't be turned off, as they relate to your account activity and security:
- Email verification email upon signup
- Order updates and payment receipts
- Shipping updates and delivery notifications
- Security alerts (login attempts, password changes)
- Account and legal notices
The bottom line
Push notifications are controlled in Settings > Notifications. Marketing emails are controlled in Settings > Email Preferences. Transactional emails relating to orders, payments and security are always sent.
