Your Profile is the central hub for everything happening on your Quibly account: your sales, purchases, listings, offers and messages, all in one place. Access it from the menu icon in the top right.
Your account details
At the top of your Profile you'll see your username, your shop handle and the date you joined Quibly.
Your shop stats
- Shop name and verification status, with a link to visit your shop
- Followers: how many users are following your shop
- Listed products: your current number of active listings
- Account type: your current plan (Free, Pro, Power or Enterprise)
- Listings this month: how many listings you've created this month against your plan's limit (e.g. 6/10 on Free)
Your key stats
A summary of your account activity:
- Total revenue: the total amount you've earned from sales on Quibly
- Items sold: your all-time sales count
- Active listings: listings currently live and available to buyers
- Payouts: your recent or pending payout amounts. Select this to open your Payout dashboard with earnings charts, transaction history, and upcoming payout dates
Activity sections
The main body of your Profile is split into sections covering all your account activity:
- Sales overview: all your sales with current status and a direct link to each Order page
- My purchases: all your purchases with the same statuses and links
- Active listings: your live listings with quick access to edit each one
- Notifications & messages: your latest alerts and inbox messages
- Offers received: offers from buyers on your listings, filtered by status
- Offers sent: offers you've sent to sellers, filtered by status
Quick links
Your Profile also gives you quick access to:
- Account Status: a record of any moderation actions on your account
- Support chat: opens our AI assistant to help with questions and issues
- Settings: where you update your personal info, password, two-factor authentication, payout account, notification preferences and Holiday Mode
Pro analytics
Pro, Power and Enterprise users have access to Pro analytics, with deeper insight into shop performance, sales trends and listing activity. See Using Pro analytics for more detail.
The bottom line
Your Profile gives you a full picture of your Quibly activity in one place: what you've sold, what you've bought, your live listings, and any pending offers. Check it regularly to stay on top of orders and respond to offers in time.
