Once you've bought something on Quibly, you can follow its progress from your Dashboard all the way through to delivery or collection.
Finding your orders
Your dashboard includes a ‘My Purchases’ section showing all your recent orders. Tap the eye icon next to any order to open its full order details page.
Order statuses
Delivery orders move through three stages:
- Confirmed: your order is confirmed
- Label created: the seller has generated the shipping label
- In transit: the item is with the carrier and on its way to you
- Delivered: the carrier has confirmed delivery
Collection orders move through three stages:
- Awaiting collection: your order is confirmed. Use the message panel to schedule collection
- Collected: the handover has been completed and confirmed
If you see a cancelled status, it means the order was cancelled. This could be because you cancelled it, because the seller missed the shipping window, or because collection wasn’t completed on time. See Cancelling an order for more details.
If an item is returned, the order status will update to reflect the return process stages. See How returns and refunds work for more information about returns.
Your order details page
This page shows:
- Your order status tracker, with an option to cancel your order if the order is still within the cancellation window
- Your shipping details
- Your order summary with the item cost, shipping, platform fee, and total you paid
- A messaging panel to message the seller
Once your order is marked as delivered, the page will also show:
- A returns section, in case you wish to return the item
- A review section to rate your transaction
Tracking a delivery
Once your order is shipped, a tracking section appears on the order page showing your tracking number. You can follow the status on Quibly as it updates automatically, or tap ‘Track on [carrier] website’ for updates directly from Evri or DPD.
Completing a collection
When your order is confirmed, message the seller using the messaging panel to agree a time and meeting place.
When you're with the seller, tap ‘Generate secure code’ in the ‘Your collection code’ section. This creates a one-time QR code for the seller to scan, which confirms the handover and completes the transaction. Have your phone ready and generate the code only when you're with the seller. The bottom line
Find all your orders in My Purchases on your Dashboard. Tap any order to see its status, track your delivery, message the seller, generate your collection QR code, cancel the order, request a return or rate a transaction. Status updates happen automatically so you always know where your order stands.
