Quibly Help Centre

Understanding seller fees

Quibly charges a platform fee on every sale, always shown at the time of listing. The rate depends on your plan.

The platform fee

The seller platform fee depends on which Quibly plan you're on.

  • Free: 4% of (item price + shipping) + £0.50 per transaction, or £1.20, whichever is higher. The £1.20 only applies to lower value items, where 4% + £0.50 would otherwise come to less
  • Pro: 3% of (item price + shipping) + £0.50 per transaction. A lower rate available when you upgrade to Pro
  • Power: 3% of (item price + shipping) + £0.50 per transaction. The same lower rate as Pro
  • Enterprise: 4% of (item price + shipping) + £0.50 per transaction (the same rate as Free)
  • Charity: No seller platform fee

The platform fee is deducted automatically from your payout. If you've chosen to cover shipping, the shipping cost is deducted from your payout separately.

See Which plan is right for me? for more information on what each plan offers.

Note: buyers also pay a platform fee, so the price shown on any listing already includes the buyer fee and shipping. No extra costs are added at checkout.

Are fees refunded if an item is returned?

When a return is completed, your payout is adjusted to reflect the refund. How the seller platform fee is treated, and which costs you cover, depends on the reason for the return. See How returns and refunds work for the full breakdown.

The bottom line

On Free you pay whichever is higher, 4% of (the item price + shipping) plus £0.50 or £1.20. On Pro and Power the fee drops to 3% + £0.50. On Enterprise you pay 4% + £0.50. Your fee is deducted from your payout.
