How to report a user or listing

If you see a listing or user that violates our policies or makes you uncomfortable, you can report it directly through the app. Here's how.

What you can report

You can report:

  • Listings that violate our policies (counterfeit or prohibited items, scams, misleading descriptions)
  • Users who are harassing, threatening, or acting suspiciously
  • Suspected fraud or fake accounts
  • Inappropriate content or usernames

How to report

Report a listing:

  1. Go to the product page
  2. Tap the flag icon next to the shop name
  3. Select a reason
  4. Add details (optional)
  5. Tap Submit

Report a user:

  1. Go to their shop page
  2. Tap the flag icon in the top banner
  3. Select a reason
  4. Add details (optional)
  5. Tap Submit

Alternatively, you can use our contact form and provide us with as much detail and evidence as possible.

What happens next

Once you submit a report:

  • Our team will review everything
  • We may contact you if we need additional information
  • We'll aim to reach a decision within 5-7 working days
  • Depending on the issue, the affected user may or may not be notified

If we find a violation, we'll take appropriate action which could include removing the listing, warning the user or suspending their account.

The bottom line

Report anything that violates our policies or feels wrong. Use the flag icon on a product page to report a listing, or on a shop page to report a user. We'll investigate within 5-7 working days.
