You can update or remove any active listing at any time before it sells. Go to your listing page and tap the edit button, or visit your shop page where each listing has an edit button.
What you can edit
- Photos: add, remove or reorder images. We recommend showing different angles and any signs of wear. You can take new photos or upload images from your device
- Title
- Description
- Pricing
- Quantity, if you have more than one of the same item
- Offers
- Category, sub-category and type
- Condition, which may update the suggested price accordingly
- Specific details relevant to your item, such as Brand, Gender, Colour, Size, Details etc
- Delivery and collection options, including whether to offer both, and whether to offer free delivery which may help your item sell faster
Notes:
- If you take or upload additional photos, Quibly may update the title and description based on the new images. Always review these fields after adding photos to make sure they're accurate.
- Parcel size gets locked at listing stage and can't be changed after. You'll have to create a new listing to use a different size.
- Your estimated payout and fee breakdown update as you edit, so you can check what you would take home before you tap 'Save changes'.
Editing a listing that has pending offers
If you're making significant changes such as updating the price or condition, we'd recommend declining any open offers first. Buyers made their offer based on the original listing, and a change to the price or condition may affect whether they still want to proceed.
Listings saved in buyers' favourites
If your listing has been saved to buyers' favourites, any edits you make will update automatically. Buyers are not notified when a listing changes.
Saving your changes
Tap ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the listing when you're done. If you change your mind, tap 'Revert' or navigate away from the page to undo all edits.
Deleting a listing
To remove a listing entirely, tap the delete button. You'll be asked to confirm. This action can't be undone.
Deleting a listing doesn't free up your monthly listing allowance. Once live, it counts towards your limit even after deletion.
If you're going away rather than clearing out, you don't need to delete anything. Holiday mode pauses selling, while your listings are still visible so buyers can still find and favourite them until you're back.
The bottom line
You can edit listing details at any time before a sale. If you have pending offers and are making major changes, decline them first. To remove a listing, use Delete at the bottom of the edit screen.
