Order dashboard: viewing orders and tracking progress

When an item sells, everything you need to manage and fulfil the order is in one place. Here's how to find your sales and what you'll see on each order page.

Sales Overview

Your Dashboard includes a Sales Overview section showing all your recent sales. Each entry displays the item info, sale price, date and a status label so you can see at a glance where each order stands.

Tap any sold item to open its full order page.

Your order page

Every sale has its own order page. The page shows:

  • Order Item Status: a progress tracker showing where the order is and any actions you need to take, the item details, and shipping or collection information
  • Sale Summary: your item total, seller fee deducted, shipping deducted if applicable, the amount you'll receive, and your current payout status
  • Messaging panel: a chat for exchanging messages about the order with the buyer
  • Return progress (if a return has been initiated): a progress tracker showing where the return parcel is and any actions you need to take, and the option to track the parcel on the carrier's website

Delivery orders

Delivery orders follow four stages: Confirmed → Label Created → In Transit → Delivered.

Confirmed: label ready to print (Evri or DPD)

The order is confirmed. Search for your nearest drop-off location and generate your shipping label. The Shipping details section confirms the buyer’s shipping address.

Label Created: label generated, awaiting drop-off

You’ve generated your label but haven’t dropped off the parcel yet. Head to your nearest drop-off point to hand it over to the courier.

If you need to upgrade your parcel size, you can do it directly from the Order page. See Shipping your items for details.

In Transit: with the courier

The parcel has been handed to the courier. You’ll see the tracking number on the order page and can monitor progress.

Delivered: courier has delivered the item

The courier has delivered the parcel. The buyer has 48 hours to confirm delivery or request a return.

Note: If a return is initiated, you will see a separate 'Return progress' section showing the return parcel’s journey. See How returns and refunds works for more information.

Collection orders

Collection orders follow three stages: Awaiting collection → Collected.

Awaiting collection: arrange collection with the buyer

The order is confirmed. Use the message panel to agree a time and public meeting place with the buyer.

Collected: handover confirmed

The QR code has been scanned and you’ve confirmed handover. Your payout is initiated.

Payout status

  • Delivery orders: payout is scheduled after delivery is confirmed, typically released within 48 hours
  • Collection orders: payout is processed straight after the buyer's QR code is scanned and handover is confirmed

Messaging buyers

Buyers may message you through the order page to ask about the order, confirm details or arrange collection. You’ll receive a notification when a new message comes in. See Handling buyer messages for guidance on responding.

Rating buyers

After delivery or collection is complete, you can rate your experience with the buyer from the Order page. Use the Review section to provide a 1-5 star rating and optional comments. Your feedback helps maintain a trusted community. See Rating a transaction for more details.

The bottom line

Find all your sales in the Sales Overview section of your Dashboard. Tap any order to see its full details, track the order, access your shipping label, message the buyer or complete a collection handover. Your Sale Summary shows what you'll receive after fees are deducted.
