Having trouble with Quibly? Here are solutions to some common issues.
Login and account issues
Can't log in
- Check you're using the correct email address
- If signing in with email link, check your inbox for an email and make sure the link hasn't expired
- If signing in with Google, make sure you're selecting the correct Google account
- If signing in with Apple, make sure you're signed in to the correct Apple account
- If signing in with email and password, try resetting your password using 'Forgot password?'
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
- Try a different browser or device
Didn't receive password reset email / Didn't receive sign-in link email
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes as emails can be delayed
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Request a new link
Listings and photos
Photos won't upload
- Check file size, images must be under 5MB each
- Try compressing large images before uploading
- Check your internet connection as slow connections can time out
Listing won't save or publish
- Make sure all required fields are filled in (title, description, price, category, product details, condition, fulfillment)
- Check you've uploaded at least two photos
- Review the item description for prohibited content or banned items
- Try refreshing the page and re-entering the details
Payment and checkout
Payment declined or failed
- Check your card details are entered correctly
- Make sure you have sufficient funds
- Contact your bank as they may have flagged the transaction
- Check if your card is enabled for online purchases
- Try a different payment method
Can't complete checkout
- Make sure you’ve confirmed your delivery address or collection postcode
- Make sure you’ve confirmed your payment method
- Check if the item is still available, it may have sold
- Clear your browser cache and start checkout again
- Try using a different browser
Page loading and performance
Pages loading slowly or not at all
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Update your browser to the latest version
Images not displaying
- Refresh the page
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily
Notifications
Notifications not working
- Make sure notifications are enabled in your Account settings
- Check your device isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
- Restart your browser or device
Search and filters
Search not returning results
- Try different keywords or spellings
- Use fewer filters, you might be filtering too narrowly
- Clear all filters and search again
- Check you're searching in the right category
Can't find my listing
- Check it's not still in your drafts or awaiting verification
- Make sure it wasn't removed for policy violations, check your notifications and emails
- Go to your shop or your dashboard to see all your active items
