Managing your account settings

You can update your profile, preferences, and account details anytime. Here's where to find everything.

Accessing your settings

  1. Go to the menu icon on the top right
  2. Select Settings

From here, you can manage all your account details.

What you can update

Profile information:

  • Your name
  • Profile photo
  • Phone
  • Shop URL
  • Delivery address
  • Subscription (Free/Pro/Enterprise)
  • Account type (private/business)

Notes:

  • Delivery address can only be changed once per week and when no orders are in progress
  • Account type can only be changed by contacting Quibly support

Password:

  • Change/reset password (more on this below)

Two-factor authentication:

Payout account:

  • Manage your payout account through Stripe

Notification preferences:

  • Push notifications

Email preferences:

  • Email notifications

Changing your password

Keep your account secure by updating your password when needed. Change it regularly, especially if you've used it on other sites or suspect it's been compromised.

Here's how to change it:

  1. Go to Settings in your profile
  2. Select Password & Login
  3. Click ‘Send password reset email’
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Confirm your new password
  7. Click ‘Reset password’

Choose a strong password, including letters, numbers and symbols. Our password indicator will show you when your password meets security criteria.

Forgotten your password

If you can't remember your current password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click ‘Forgot Password?’
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours.

Note: If you signed up with Google, Apple or via email link, you won't have a password yet. The "Forgot Password?" flow is how you can set one for the first time.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account will permanently remove your data. See Deleting your account for what happens and what you need to resolve before deletion.

The bottom line

All your account settings are in one place: profile info, password reset, payout settings, notification preferences and privacy settings. Update them anytime through Settings in your profile.
